Wovenhearth sells hand-tufted, hand-knotted, woven, and machine-made area rugs, runners, carpet tiles, rug pads, and related floor covering accessories intended for residential and light commercial interior use. Each product page tells you what's included, how much, and in what form. Photos are there to give you an idea, real packaging can look a touch different.

Your order is placed the moment you finish checkout. We'll confirm it by email, though the contract only takes effect once we actually ship the goods. We can turn down an order if stock runs dry or we can't verify your details, and in that case, any payment you made comes straight back.

Prices show in CAD and include VAT where it applies. Delivery costs appear at checkout, before you pay. We accept: Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. If we spot an obvious pricing mistake before shipping, we'll fix it and let you decide whether to confirm or cancel.

Delivery choices, timing and cost are laid out on the Delivery & Payment page. Once the goods change hands, the risk of anything happening to them becomes yours.

Our product photos show the actual rugs we ship. That said, your screen's calibration, your browser and the light in your room all affect how a colour looks, so a small shift in shade isn't a fault and won't qualify for a free return or compensation. Size, materials and contents are listed on every product page.

We're responsible for your rug until the courier hands it to you, or to whoever you named at the address you gave. From that handover, any risk of loss or damage becomes yours. If you spot damage from transport, flag it with the courier right away and tell us within 48 hours.

You can return goods within 30 days of delivery, as laid out on our Returns page. All rugs are warranted against manufacturing defects in weave construction, dye stability, and backing adhesion for a period consistent with applicable provincial consumer protection legislation from the date of delivery. This warranty does not cover normal wear from foot traffic, pile crushing, color fading caused by prolonged sunlight exposure, or damage resulting from improper cleaning methods not recommended on the attached care label.

• Custom-cut, made-to-order, or bespoke-sized rugs and runners produced to a customer's specified dimensions
• Clearance, remnant, or overstock rug pieces explicitly marked and sold as final sale
• Rugs with removed or missing manufacturer hygiene and backing tags used for biosecurity and origin verification
• Rug pads or underlays that have been cut, adhesive-bonded, or otherwise inseparably fixed to flooring after delivery
• Digital rug layout, room-planning, or custom design proof files unsealed or downloaded by the consumer

To the maximum extent permitted under Canadian law, Wovenhearth Home Goods Inc. limits its total liability for any claim arising from the purchase of a rug or accessory to the lesser of one hundred dollars ($100 CAD) or the total amount paid for the item giving rise to the claim. Nothing here limits any liability that the law says can't be limited.

You need to be at least 18 to place an order. Use our products as the label describes; they're not a stand-in for medical advice.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2002 (Ontario) and the Competition Act (Canada), without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada. If we can't work out a disagreement by talking it through, the matter moves to the court where our business is registered, and this never reduces the consumer rights you already hold in your home country.
