Wovenhearth started after our founder spent months shopping for a simple wool rug and kept running into the same problem: listings that said 'wool blend' without saying how much wool was actually in the blend, and rugs that looked full in photos but arrived thin and stiff. That gap between what was advertised and what showed up at the door is what pushed us to start sourcing directly from weaving mills instead.
We work directly with mills that spin their own wool and weave their own jute backing, which means we can list the exact fiber content on every product instead of a vague guess. Every rug is checked by hand for weave tension and edge finish before it gets rolled and packed for dispatch.
We keep pricing straightforward because we sell directly, without a chain of retail middlemen adding their own markup along the way. Orders go out with tracked dispatch, and if something is not right, our 30-day return window covers unused rugs sent back in their original packaging.
