How do I know which size will actually fit my room?
Measure the floor space you want covered and leave a small gap of bare floor around the edges, most living rooms use a rug that sits just under the front legs of the sofa and chairs. If you are unsure, email us your room dimensions and we will suggest a size from what we carry.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed on a business day before 11:30 are prepared for dispatch the same day, anything placed after that goes out the next business day. You will get tracking details once your rug leaves our workshop, exact delivery timing and any shipping cost are shown at checkout on the delivery page.
What if the rug does not look right once it is home?
You have 30 days from delivery to send it back if it is unused and still in its original packaging. Contact us first so we can arrange the return, then pack it the way it arrived and we will handle the rest.
How can I be sure the wool is real and not a synthetic blend?
Every product page lists the exact fiber content, wool, jute or cotton, with nothing hidden behind a generic 'blend' label. If you ever want to double check a specific rug before buying, send us the product name and we will confirm the fiber breakdown directly.
